The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while beautiful and kept very clean, could do with refurbishment as they felt old and very small for what was expected from a better suite. The service received varied from amazing friendliness, especially from Rawan at the reception, to a few instances of rudeness. The location was a bit of a mixed bag, with some pleasant areas but also disappointing aspects. The dining experience ranged from amazing breakfast to limited food variety. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

The villa-style rooms were nice and clean, with a really comfy bed, but we had an issue with a leaking toilet on our first night. The aircon was noisy but the shower was good. The staff, especially the bus boys, were lovely. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers various services like car hire and room service. The dining options had some variety but lacked fresh juice. The facilities were well-maintained. The entertainment involving a chained-up monkey was disappointing.

The hotel is across the road from the main building, offering spacious but slightly dated rooms that are clean and comfortable, ideal for families, though some rooms have gaps in the doors leading to the occasional mosquito intrusion. The service staff, particularly Essam Mogheith, the Night Manager, and the friendly team members, excel in attentiveness and professionalism, making guests feel valued. The location is quiet but a bit isolated from downtown Hurghada, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The dining options, while varied, lack some expected elements like fresh juice. The facilities are satisfactory overall.

I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping left us delightful towel shapes every day, which was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the pool view from my suite and the delicious food available. However, there was a slight issue with room size, but despite being promised a change, it didn't happen. The room keeper, Ismail Mashhot, was fantastic and made our stay comfortable.
